Introduction
Alberta’s population continues to grow as more people choose to live, work and raise families in the province. This growth is driving record increases in K to 12 student enrolment and placing added pressure on the education system.
To respond, Alberta is building and modernizing schools across the province through the School Construction Accelerator Program, also known as Schools Now. This initiative helps ensure students can learn in modern schools, closer to home.
