“Yom HaShoah is a day of remembrance and reflection, when the world honours the six million Jewish men, women and children who were murdered in the Holocaust, and the countless lives destroyed during one of history’s darkest chapters.
“In the aftermath of the Second World War, the world pledged ‘Never Again.’
“’Never Again’ is not symbolic. It is a responsibility to ensure evil is never again met with silence. We stand with the Jewish community to confront antisemitism, reject extremism, and stand firm against hatred in all its forms.
“I invite all Albertans to join me in solidarity with the Jewish community and commemorate Yom HaShoah.
“Never Again.”
